About The Pilates Method.

My Mission

At The Pilates Method, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to heal, strengthen, and thrive through a unique fusion of physical therapy expertise and the mindful practice of Pilates. 

The Pilates Method is a doctor of physical therapy lead program offering boutique physical therapy services and private instruction in reformer, tower and mat. I am dedicated to helping you reach your personal goals through dry needling, manual interventions, strengthening, flexibility, balance, whole body movements and healing your body through Pilates. 

Founder

Dr. Tiffany Cramer, DPT, Cert-DN, Comprehensive Pilates Certified.

Dr. Tiffany Cramer brings nearly two decades of expertise in movement, rehabilitation, and wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida State University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. In March of 2025, she received her certification in dry needling. 


In addition to her extensive clinical training, Dr. Cramer is a Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor through Balance Body, integrating evidence-based physical therapy with mindful movement practices. Since 2007, she has been helping patients restore strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized care.


Dr. Cramer is passionate about blending science and movement to create transformative, sustainable results for her patients and clients.
